In a professional setting, employees must guide residential customers by phone to restore their indoor gas installation following a supply interruption due to a network incident, maintenance work, or meter replacement. This serious game immerses users in various call scenarios, where the goal is to select the most appropriate responses based on the situation.

Feedback
This project involved complex multi-branch call scenarios. I experimented with AI-based automation for scenario creation but ultimately completed integration manually. That exploration sparked ideas for future internal tools. Aside from that, the UI and technical implementation were straightforward.
